HMCS Toronto (FFH 333) D-Day Landing 50th Anniversary Presentation Life Ring (d.1994)
This fabulous ceremonial life ring, was presented by the Commanding Officer & Ships Company of the Canadian Halifax class frigate “HMCS Toronto, on the 50th Anniversary of the D-Day Normandy Invasion & landings, May/June 1994.
It
measures 20” in diameter and consists of a genuine life ring decorated with the ships name, pennant number, Canadian maple leaves on each side, centralised badge and an engraved brass cartouche.
